Before you choose.

When do I need a tailored quote?

Start with the displayed management package and quantity. Confirm the covered property and receive an exact agreement. Specialist servicing, repairs and exceptional projects need their own approved scope and price. Building Management also requires the formal appointment.

What do I get in a quiet month?

Your agreement can include planned tasks, upcoming-check coordination, an equipment review and reporting. Choose a service scope with useful recurring work, not just access to a repair phone number.

Can Edifia replace my current maintenance agreement?

We compare the actual assets, tasks, visits, response arrangements and total cost. Your replacement offer defines coverage, exclusions and the transition; price savings are not assumed.
