This notice describes the current Edifia platform. Use the form below to reach the team responsible for account and privacy requests. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.
Account identity and contact details; property, room and equipment information; uploaded documents and photos; permissions; requests, quotes and work evidence; supplier listings; and relevant consent, access and financial records. Only upload information needed for your property or request.
To maintain your account and records, review enquiries, coordinate approved work, operate supplier requests, support billing records, prevent abuse and respond to support or privacy requests. A contact email submitted in a form does not give access to someone else's account.
Your authorised users see the records permitted to them. Assigned providers receive the job information needed for delivery. Suppliers receive the product request, delivery location and contact details needed to respond. Public listings show product information; private supplier cost prices and property originals are not public listings.
The site uses Vercel hosting and Supabase for identity, database and private file storage. Infrastructure processing may occur outside Mauritius. Additional messaging, AI or billing providers must be configured before their features operate; provider configuration alone does not prove a message was delivered or an invoice issued.
Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Local storage remembers tutorial progress. A first-party campaign cookie may retain the campaign that introduced you. Store and DIY suggestions can appear to free users; this does not make their private documents public.
Records remain available while needed for your account, ongoing work, evidence, financial obligations or resolving disputes. No universal automatic deletion period is currently applied. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a review of use below. We verify authority and explain any retention or third-party rights that prevent the requested action. Submitting a request does not itself delete records.
