Money that is not ours
Rent
Tenants pay the owner. Edifia is never the payee.
Syndicat funds
Building charges and reserves sit in the syndicat's name. Edifia holds the pen, not the purse.
Work invoices
Collected net service only. VAT, materials and reimbursables stay pass-through.
The offer must show the price and included work before approval. Missing prices are never treated as zero. See pricing.
Human control
The system may organise work. It may not ignore safety.
Serious safety issues, liability, refunds, price exceptions and new coverage areas require human decision. Guide copy cannot override those rules.
